• Usage Data: We use Vercel Analytics to track website performance. This data is not personally identifiable (non-PII).

We use your data to:

• Create and manage your DazySpace account.
• Process AI image transformations at your request.
• Send you product updates and receipts via Resend and Stripe.
• Improve our AI models and service performance.

DazySpace relies on several trusted third-party providers to operate. Your data may be processed or stored by:

• Hosting & Database: Vercel and Convex.
• Email Infrastructure: Resend.
• Payment Processing: Stripe.

• Ownership: You retain ownership of all photos you upload and the resulting AI-generated images.
• Data Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

DazySpace is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
