Terms of Service

DazySpace provides AI-powered interior design redesigns. Users upload photos of home interiors, select a style, and receive an AI-generated transformation of that space.

• Account Creation: You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• Business Status: DazySpace is currently an unregistered business. You acknowledge that "DazySpace" refers to the individual(s) operating the service until such time as a formal business entity (e.g., an LLC) is formed.

• Your Photos: You retain full ownership of the original photos you upload and the AI-generated designs created through the Service ("User Content").
• License to DazySpace: To provide the Service, you grant DazySpace a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of generating your redesigns and providing the Service to you.
• Organization: You may organize your transformations into "Projects" for your personal use.

DazySpace uses Stripe for payment processing.

• Free Accounts: Users can create an account for free.
• Pro Plan: Billed monthly or annually. This plan includes a monthly allowance of credits. Unused Pro Plan credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
• Add-on Credits: Users may purchase additional credits as needed. Add-on credits never expire.
• Credit Consumption: Credits are only consumed when the Service successfully generates an image without errors. If a generation fails due to a technical error, no credits will be deducted from your balance.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period.

DazySpace does not offer refunds for subscriptions or purchased credits. Because the Service only deducts credits upon successful image generation, all consumed credits are considered used and non-refundable.

You agree not to upload any photos that:

• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material.
• You do not have the legal right to upload or redesign.

We utilize third-party infrastructure to provide our services, including:

• Hosting: Vercel and Convex.
• Email: Resend.
• Analytics: Vercel Analytics (which does not collect PII).

DazySpace is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. As an AI-based tool, results may vary and are for inspirational and conceptual purposes only. DazySpace is not liable for any interior design decisions or physical changes made based on AI-generated images.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via the email address provided in your account.
